Sex & Nudity

  • Several women are seen with extremely low cut dresses, including "they're going to pop out" styles.
  • A man grabs a woman who calls him daddy seductively.

Violence & Gore

  • A creature states that it chewed its legs off, and two severed legs are shown.
  • The violence is intense but some of it is played for laughs.
  • The entire film has a very dark tone but it is all done with pseudo-scary imagery. No blood is ever shown.
  • A rabbit who is immortal constantly tries to kill himself using various methods such as flattening himself and consuming poison. It is all played for laughs as he regenerates each time. However, in one scene, an explosion blows off the rabbit's face and you briefly see his brain before his head returns to normal.
  • A man and a woman repeatedly slap an Igor which causes him to pass out. In a separate scene, when they are about to slap him again, the Igor knocks himself out.
  • A machine explodes whilst a man is inside it, leaving only the man's severed, mechanical hand.
  • A man dies when he is crushed by a falling piece of machinery (his corpse is not visible.)
  • A monster destroys several machines in hand-to-hand combat. Later, the monster starts pulling on the cables that hold up the arena in order to demolish it but is stopped.
  • Igor and two of his friends get caught on a conveyor belt that slowly takes them toward an incinerator as they try to escape.

Profanity

  • 'Damn' is said at least once.
  • About three instances of potty humor, including one which most children will not understand.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • The Doctor and Igor have tropical drinks, but no consumption is seen, and Igor is uncomfortable with all of this.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The reveal of the created monster is meant to be frightening.
  • The tone of the film is generally dark, and takes place in a city where everyone is meant to be evil. A large plot point is creating evil inventions to hold the world ransom.
  • The scene where the villain chases Igor in a carriage while trying to shoot him with a shrink ray may be intense for young children as Igor and his friends nearly fall off a cliff. They are rescued, however.
  • Some young children may find the scene where Eva the monster turns evil and starts destroying things unsettling as it is a big change from her usual, sweet nature. She does eventually return to normal, though.
  • One scene features two creepy-looking genetic mutations: A man with the head of a fly and a fly with the head of a man.
