Very simple and touching

This is a very simply made little film about a lady who has AIDS and makes public appearances to schools and other groups to talk about the disease. However, you see none of this but know that is Barbra's life because as the film progresses you hear letter after letter being read by children she has touched in her lectures. As they are being read you just see Barbra going about her daily routine--getting out of bed, going shopping, etc.

Despite sounding like a dull little film from the above description, it was an effective piece due to the excellent music and overall composition of the film. The only problems I have are that a couple of the narrations seemed a bit stupid (more tacky than anything else) and I really wanted to know how this plucky lady is doing today--nine years later. A follow-up film would be greatly appreciated.
