This episode is just another brick in the wall, meaning just another solid episode with many laughs and Archie is made to look foolish once again; this time Archie is the victim of an aluminum siding "salesman", as he convinces Archie he needs siding on his brick house. Despite reservations from Edith, he still signs the contract and is oblivious that he's being swindled. It gets funnier when Mike and the gang know that Archie was taken advantage of, even though he's positive he just got a good deal. When Edith thinks there's a problem, you know there is, but her stubborn husband thinks he's got the deal of the century, but soon finds out otherwise.
Eventually, they convince Archie he was wronged, and a cop plus Irene's lawyer nephew make things right again. I like how the gang, also including the Jefferson's, stood by him and made sure he didn't get ripped off. That scene alone tells me that Archie is still liked by his "friends", even with his attitude at times.
