Batman teams up with a former enemy.
Animany9411 June 2019
It was a good return of Stalker even though on other terms than before, because now both he and Batman are after a common enemy which causes them to team up.

The Cobra Cult has a dangerous plan which will affect the entire Neo-Gotham City which includes a poisonous chemical to infect every citizen. A couple of key persons from the Cult are set to bring the plan into action, but not much new is added to the history behind the Cult or Stalker, so this episode is more about the action and the task at hand.

Normally, this kind of team-ups of unlikely people end up being predictable, and yes, to a certain degree this episode is, but it ends on a surprisingly bleak note from Stalker which makes it a little more interesting.

Bruce isn't very useful in this episode, so why didn't they leave him out? With all the other things Terry had figured out by himself earlier, I guess the little amount of advice from Bruce was unnecessary. Okay episode, but have seen better.

Worst episode in the series so far..

The writers must have wanted to leave early.

A former baddie is mysteriously recruited to help the good guys, no explanation.

The entire episode is one long chase where "coincidentally" every time the chase seems to have concluded, bad luck intervenes and they start over.

Boring.

And the suit which allowed Terry to fight supervillains lets him get knocked out by a regular thug?

Sets the baseline for weak scripting.
