I feel like I am at risk of repeating myself, but this, once again, is another excellent episode of the show.
Becker deep down really is quite a lonely figure, and despite his moans about the world, does need the other characters and his patients to almost educate him about the real world.
That notion ends up being the pay off to this well written and performed episode, which is a joy from start to finish.
I don't know why 'Becker' has never become one of those shows that people talk about all these years later in the same way they do 'Friends', but for me it is a very smart and witty show.
