Jaime merely starts to help Tommy on with his jacket, yet in the next shot, he already has it on.
The hospital where Tommy is staying is shown to have smooth reflective/windowed walls on the outside of its structure, yet in a final shot of the outside of the hospital, the building is entirely different, with heavily recessed windows and massive blocky window-frames.
The curtains over the lab's windows are shown to be dimly lit from behind, yet when the guard enters the room, the room is almost completely dark, and the curtains are barely illuminated from just the faint ambient radiance given off by the multi-colored indicator-lights of the machinery inside the room.
For an area of such top-secret/high-security significance that a magnetic card-reader and an electric-shock-equipped door were deemed necessary, the burglar-deterrent system's shut-off switch would not merely be a simple push-button tucked behind a small plainly-labelled hinged sheet-metal panel in the wall right beside the door. The system would have had a key-lock and internal tamper-alarm for the little switch-access door, a keypad combination lock for the shut-off switch, heavier/sturdier composition-materials for the access-door, less obvious labelling, etc.
An elevator box will only fall rapidly if its lifting cables are broken, but in the "shaft interior" shot, the counterweight is visible rising upwards normally, indicating that the cables are intact.
When Jaime is in her loft and wearing shorts, a map book is blown open by the wind coming through the window. When she looks at the map, Jaime has a small bruise on her left leg. Since her legs are "bionic" she shouldn't have any bruises.
The fake cop's sidearm-holster flops around loosely as he walks; obviously an empty holster.
Jaime stops the Rosebud bomb's timer that only has a few seconds left on it. Dr. Jennings is still shown to be exiting the plant at the time, however. He would not have allowed himself so little time to escape; the bomb's going off would surely have killed him if he was that close, especially since Rosebud was described as being the most powerful bomb ever devised.
The security guard does not react or look to his right till he is nearly opposite the open door to the lab, yet the lab's curtained windows that he walks past are plainly lit from inside the room, so he would have seen this and looked suspicious and wary before he reached the doorway.
