- Henry impulsively buys a TV commercial production house and later learns it's heavily in debt.
- Kip and Henry have managed to save enough money to purchase a treasurey bill. Henry is sent to the financial institution with the money (plus a small stippend from Amy) but stops off to see his uncle Mort who is facing losing his business to Victor. Henry mentions the money he is carrying and Mort sells him the video studio business. Kip is furious that the T-bill was not purchased, but soon embraces the idea of being in business for themselves. Alas, the money is still owed to Victor and at the last minute, Ruth writes a check for the balance due and agrees to become a *silent* partner with the boys.
