When Jon crashes his cycle chasing the red Camaro, he is wearing short sleeves. However, the stuntman who performs the crash is wearing what looks like long sleeves. One can tell that the "long sleeves" are actually flesh colored padding to protect the stuntman's arms.
Jon and Ponch are supposed to be at the gas station at 7:00 AM, but the sun is directly overhead, as if it were high noon.
After speaking with the gas station attendant who interrupted the gas thieves, Ponch and Jon go on patrol where they spot a tanker truck. Jon pulls along side the cab to inspect the front end, then as he drops back behind, the scenery clearly moves backwards! They obviously reversed the film rather than do another take.
At 43 minutes as the painters are leaving Happy Homes Realty, there is no ramp on the left face of the building. Seconds later as the gas truck races towards the building there is a ramp the truck drives up.
After Officer Cahill arrests the gas-station owner for buying stolen gas, she places him, handcuffed, into the front passenger seat of her undercover car. Law-enforcement officers would never risk placing an under-arrest suspect in the front seat. Officer Cahill should have placed him in the backseat.
