'Will they/won't they' story lines are interesting in TV sitcoms and dramas, happy couples are not. So it's no surprise that the writers of this show use the Christmas episode to not only break up the Caroline/Del relationship, and plant the seed that there could be something more between her and lovable grump, Richard.
This is another good episode of the show, full of good lines and moments.
