Charlie is convinced that monkey's are taking over the city, and Annie sets Del up with her crazy friend.
Those are two of the rather forgettable story lines in this episode, both of which drum up some, but not huge laughs.
The Caroline/Richard story is much better, and Lea Thompson is on top form as the cute and quirky Caroline.
I've mentioned in previous reviews that it's great that the other characters are capable of having their own stories, and whole episodes devoted to them, but without Thompson's performance week in/week out, it would be by far a lesser show.
