The acronym for Kappa Omega Psi is K.O.P. (Cop)
About 6 minutes from the end, when Kris watches the bad guys drive off, the creepy music ("ooh, ooh" with a "shooting star" sound effect) that will later be repeatedly played at crucial, climactic moments in the horror-ish Of Ghosts and Angels (1980) can be faintly and partially heard. This same music cue plays one more time, right after Tiffany is seen tied up, when the camera pans on the unconscious young women in bed. This episode was written by Michael Michaelian, and Of Ghosts and Angels (1980) was written by his then wife, Katharyn Powers. They both specialized in writing creepy or weird titles, mainly for "Sci-Fi" shows. Jack Elliott and Allyn Ferguson provided the music score for both titles. It ought to be noted that many titles aired out of filmed order, so it is unclear which one was done first.
The first episode to really showcase the newest Angel, Tiffany Welles (Shelley Hack). Hack was allowed to take the lead in only three episodes during her season-long run as an Angel; the other two being Of Ghosts and Angels (1980) and Nips and Tucks (1980). All three episodes were made without the involvement of writer/producer Edward J. Lakso.
The sorority house is the same house as the Doyle house in Halloween (1978) starring Jamie Lee Curtis who also guest starred on an earlier episode of Charlie's Angels.
Gary Collins (Prof. James Fairgate) previously appeared as a different character in season three's Mother Angel (1978).
