Lt. Torres with the Oahu Police Department requests the Angels and Bosley's assistance on a case of a potential hit man coming to the island. The reason for the request is that while Julie was on vacation in Mexico City two years ago, she witnessed a man going berserk shooting up a train station, that man truly being the hit man who she can probably identify. The hit man, part of an anarchist European group called the Red Circle, is targeting the head of a world peace organization due to arrive in Hawaii in seventy-two hours. Due to an earlier assassination attempt, Torres is pretty certain the hit man will be masquerading as a tourist, part of a swinging singles tour group called Club Aloha, the flight originating in New York City with multiple stops on the US mainland before reaching the island. They also eventually believe that there will be an associate of the hit man within the group to act as a Plan B if the hit man is caught. As such, they decide the best plan of attack is to infiltrate Club Aloha. Beyond the Club Aloha group leader, Toni Green, who seems to check out, the leading suspects as the associate are: Bud Fisher who seems to want no company despite being part of a swinging singles group; Mark Williams, a supposed Minneapolis doctor who purportedly got on the first flight out of the city to get away from who he believed was his cheating wife; and Lisa Gallo and Jack Barrows, a sexually aggressive woman and a married man who purportedly connected at the resort. They have to sift through the back stories of the suspects to figure out who is lying.
