The problem with this episode, and indeed the whole series, is that Cybill Shepherd is blown out of the water by her co-star/sidekick Christine Baranski at every turn, to the point where it's not a constest.
Cybill is just not an interesting enough character to hold our attention, she's the straight woman to all the bright and buzzy people who pop up.
