Having Rock Hudson on the show, with the shape he was in, more visible by his neck and adam's apple as he was dying of AIDS, is one thing. Trying to pretend he's the Rock Hudson of five years earlier is something else as Blake Carrington gets more and more jealous that he spends time talking to Crystal, and having Crystal falling for him: all of it makes Rock's part stand out as more weird, and unfitting.
