In this episode a father leaves a girl in the hospital as he doesn't want to get in trouble for kidnapping her and thinks that he is saving her this way. but her only chance is his blood. So Carter and Lucy go on a search to save her.
I think the episode is really good. It is such a great idea to resolve the conflict between Carter and Lucy, I really didn't think they will be that creative with it. And the action in the episode is also very exciting, one keeps on wondering, what is next.
What I really liked was also the ending. How they made it clear that giving someone their best chance does not always mean saving them.
John Thaddeus was great in the role of a father. I looked at his work and noticed that while he has been in television industry a lot in many different tasks, as an actor he has been on many major shows yet never in the main character on a TV series, somebody should give him that well deserved role already.
