When Bu'kaH is sending a message back to the Klingons, she refers to "an unknown ship; designation: Enterprise, NX-01". Since she doesn't know the ship, she wouldn't likely speak English, so the symbols on the hull wouldn't have meaning, even to the point of sounds.
The schematic that the away team examined to find the port fusion injector showed the right side of the ship. Port in naval terms is left, not right.
At one-point T'Pol says the outside pressure is 15,000 gsc. A Star Trek fan site says this stands for grams per square centimeter. Pressure is defined as the force acting on a unit of area, so its units should be force per unit of area. The area unit, square centimeter is okay, but the gram is a unit of mass not, force.
Archer asks Trip, "How long is the pod's hull going to hold up?" Trip replies, "At their present rate of descent, half hour, give or take." Archer then tells the away team, "T'Pol, you have 20 minutes to see if you can do anything for that crew."
Considering that Trip's answer was obviously a guesstimate, and considering all the other unknowns involved, Archer has made an insanely reckless decision with the lives of his away team, especially considering that their mission is somewhat nebulous and it is peacetime. This decision alone should be enough to immediately disqualify Archer from further command, perhaps permanently. Yet no one else questions it or seems to even notice.
Malcolm, (the weapons expert), is giving phase pistol lessons to Hoshi. During the lesson, all Bridge officers are called back to their stations. Hoshi makes a comment, so much for practice, and she hands the phase pistol back to Malcolm, her finger still on the trigger, and the muzzle of the phase pistol aimed directly into Malcolm's chest. No matter the century, or the weapon, this action ranks as the #1 safety violation of handling weapons. It is unlikely that Malcolm, the armory expert, would ignore this safety violation and not immediately reprimand Hoshi.
