A mobster with a conscience?!
planktonrules29 May 2021
George Breen (James Olson) is an accountant working for the Mafia. He got his job from his cousin, Al (Harry Guardino), and now that the government is about to subpoena George to testify, Al helps George to escape the country. But several unforeseen problems slow George's progress....a storm grounds his plane and his heavily pregnant wife starts having complications...and George is having second thoughts about trying to leave. At the same time, the mafia's council is angry that Al didn't consult them before trying to spirit George out of the country. This plan isn't sure...and George STILL could end up being captured....and the mob does NOT like loose ends...and Al learns that he must be 100% sure George cannot testify! Can the FBI catch up to George before Al does?

This is a good episode of the series, and it's quite tense. While it's a bit hard to believe anyone from the mob would be stopped or slowed by a wife who is ill, it is still very interesting and worth seeing. Plus, Olson and Guardino are terrific in the show.
