Boma : *Is everybody happy?*
Pascale : *Yes. Thank you.*
Boma : *Me, too.* My van's welded. Well then? You look like you have to go to a funeral instead of traveling. By the way, I thought there would be training?
Pico : We've already trained yesterday.
Boma : Yes, I saw that. We won't get there like that, Oscar.
Oscar : It's easy for you to say, Mr. President.
Pico : Nor do you have a woman to prepare you for the journey. You should see what we all get to eat.
Xavier : You'd be craving his sausages.
Pico : Hey don't push it to the limit, would you?
Oscar : English lessons every evening until the middle of the night. *It is four 'o clock*. *My tailor is ritz.*
Pascale : Is *rich*, Oscar.
Oscar : That's what I said, didn't I?
Xavier : I see only one solution. Pascale, "dish of the day" pint.
Pascale : Sure.
Xavier : [she pours tea in his glass] What's that?
Pascale : That's an English "dish of the day".
Doortje : [as she, Carmen and Bieke enter] The utensils for the waffles.
Pico : You're not going to bake English waffles, are you?
Doortje : We? Baking? We're not going to bake anything.
Carmen : Who'll be travelling to England, anyway?
Bieke : Huh? Let's go. We have yet to discuss where to shop this weekend.
Pascale : Oscar? *Take over, darling.*
Oscar : They don't mean that, do they?
Pico : The baking thing? Of course they do.
Boma : Bake some waffles? That shouldn't be a problem, huh?
Bieke : [she returns] Oh yeah. You should seriously try your best. Marc has sold 100 tickets over the radio.
Oscar : He's gone mad, hasn't he?
Xavier : Now this is quite the move by them.
Boma : [he looks at his watch] We have to fix this problem, huh. Soon all those people will be here.
Xavier : Just don't bake. We already have the money.
Boma : [sarcastically] That'd be a great advertisement for our club.
Pico : Don't bake? If those people ask for their money back, we can stay at home completely.
Boma : Xavier. Can't we call the army cook?
Pico : There you go. He's used to such a turn-out.
Xavier : The last time they baked waffles there was during the liberation in 1944.
Pico : And then they were so bad that they said "No more war".
