The One Where Chris Becomes A Famous Artist...
taylorkingston24 May 2015
Warning: Spoilers
I really love this episode. It's so funny and I love the way Chris changes, but then eventually changes back.

In this episode, Chris gives Peter a painting he did especially for him, so Peter hangs it in his car window. A man stops him and says he loves the artwork and wants to meet with Chris. This ends up making Chris a famous artist in New York City, but his manager wants him to change, where Chris doesn't want to make that sacrifice. He uses his art to explore his feelings, but the art community do not care for it.

Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.

Not a favorite of mine. In comparison to all the stellar early episodes, this one just feels a little lackluster. There is some decent social commentary, but I typically skip this one when rewatching season 2.

Has a lot of dark humor and I like it

Warning: Spoilers
Chris paints a picture for Peter on his birthday that someone buys for $1,000 so the Griffins go to New York City and Chris is going to be a painter and misses dad because he can't see him again.

I don't really care for the story it's the jokes that elevates this episode especially the Bob's Fun Land stuff best part of the episode.
