What a horrible episode. This lesson of respecting the ridiculous rules of your parents was pretty bad. Harriet shows up at a party to pick Laura up...she never should forgive her for sure. And her curfew is ridiculous to begin with, especially considering how extremely mature Laura is. And they want me to believe that Maxine really reprimanded Laura for being upset and that she wishes her parents would be waiting for her when she comes from the party? Whaaaaat? Yeah they tried to make Harriet be sorry too at the end but not nearly as much as she should have been. Maybe this worked back in the 90's, who knows but today I am sure teens are watching this episode and rolling their eyes. Hell, in the 90's I actually would do the same.
