OMG Javier is back from Spain, he got his visa back, Felicity is also back, in the last episode they show her riding in a taxi ..."we didn't know until this episode" she met up with Ben and went on cross country trip, they are officially dating. felicity is sharing her dorm with her old roommate, Noel and Elena move together into an apartment, Julie has to share her dorm with two annoying cheerleaders. Noel and Julie are still really mad @ Felicity and Ben because they are dating now. Noel told Felicity he doesn't want to see her never in his life which really hurt Felicity.Elena confesses Noel that she had an affair with her teacher.
