[in Fred's dream, Pebbles and Arnold are leaving to get married]
Fred Flintstone : No, no! Pebbles, come back! Wilma, your child is eloping!
Wilma Flintstone : I'm going after them.
Fred Flintstone : That's the girl!
Wilma Flintstone : Maybe they'll give me a lift to the beauty parlor.
-
[in his dream, the elderly Fred rushes into a church, hoping to find Arnold and Pebbles]
Fred Flintstone : Stop the music! Hold the presses! I demand this wedding be stopped!
[Fred discovers that the bride and groom are an aged Betty and Barney]
Fred Flintstone : Uh, Betty? Barney? Well, what are you doing here?
Barney Rubble : You tell us, it's your dream.
Betty Rubble : We're getting married, that's what we're doing.
Fred Flintstone : But you're already married. You got married 25 years ago.
Barney Rubble : Well, you can't expect us to remember everything that happened 25 years ago.
-
[in his dream, an elderly Fred discovers Pebbles is marrying Arnold]
Fred Flintstone : No, sir! She's not marrying Arnold and that's final! F-I-N-L, final!
-
Fred Flintstone : Pebbles, sweetheart. Am I glad you're still a baby. Promise me you'll never grow up.
Wilma Flintstone : Fred! What a silly thing to say.
Fred Flintstone : Oh, yeah? Just wait 20 years and see if you still think so.
-
Fred Flintstone : Where's Pebbles?
Arnold : She's right here with me, Mr. Flintstone.
Fred Flintstone : Arnold! Out! Out! Beat it! Give me my daughter and get out of here!
Arnold : But...
Fred Flintstone : Anyone who'd fly around with my daughter on an elephant is not welcome here!
Arnold : [to Wilma] What's wrong with him?
Wilma Flintstone : He must've had a bad dream.
Fred Flintstone : You can say that again.
-
Arnold : Have you had enough, Mr. Flintstone?
Fred Flintstone : No, I haven't. Now, come on. One more game. Double or nothing.
Arnold : But you've already lost $7.28 plus 80 cents in side bets. That's $8.00.
Fred Flintstone : I know. I can add, too. Now, let's see. Eight and eight is 18... Okay, Arnold. 18 bucks or nothing. Come on.
-
Fred Flintstone : All right, Arnold, if you're here to deliver the paper, let's have it.
Arnold : Yes, sir.
[Arnold tosses the paper which hits Fred in the head]
Fred Flintstone : Oof! Why, you...
Barney Rubble : Oh, hold it, Fred. You said, "Let's have it."
Arnold : I'm sorry, Mr. Flintstone.
Fred Flintstone : [mimics Arnold] "I'm sorry, Mr. Flintstone. I'm sorry, Mr. Flintstone."
-
[Arnold and Fred are about to play table tennis]
Arnold : Ready, Mr. Flintstone?
Fred Flintstone : Yeah.
[Arnold serves the ball and it swiftly passes Fred]
Barney Rubble : One to nothing.
Fred Flintstone : Wait a minute, Barney! I wasn't ready!
Barney Rubble : But Arnold asked you if you was ready and you said, "Yeah."
Fred Flintstone : Yeah, I said, "Yeah," but I didn't mean, "Yeah, I was ready." I meant, "Yeah, I'm getting... ready to be ready."
