Kirby becomes a hero when Frasier agrees to go on a young people's talk show. The show involves three high school students who have intention of using personal information and jaded motives to attack their guests. At first Frasier is stunned, but he has a friend from the other side.

Warning: Spoilers
So what was the point of 'The Moons' in the last two parter if they suddenly disappear?? What a waste of time.
It's almost a relief to see Kirby back here (words I never thought I'd type), because the idea of Frasier being a mentor figure to him/stand in father at least holds some weight and is a plausible basis for storylines.
It's not a bad episode in general, a fairly standard latter stage 'Frasier' episode, with some nice lines and moments.
It probably doesn't compare to anything the glory days of the first seven series produced, but judged solely on its own merits this is a good outing for 'Frasier', and begrudgingly I'll say that I liked what they did with the character of Kirby here.

A typical season 9 Frasier episode

Episodes like this are not why Frasier was such a good show. This was a middling episode. Nothing great. A handful of funny things here and there. Nothing groundbreaking...nothing great. An idea for a show...and execute it. Just fine.
Not sure which season or episode Roz started to get REALLY annoying...but I just hate the character. I mean...it's fine. I assume it is what was intended. But her role just had way more negatives than positives.
No one should ever ask Roz about anything...and any time she shares what she thinks Frasier or Niles should do...she should just shut her mouth. Of no value.
