Will wants to borrow the car go to a Ziggy Marley concert in Nevada but Uncle Phil and Aunt Viv forbid it. Meanwhile, Geoffrey's former employer Lord Fowler comes into town with his daughter, the proper Lady Penelope, and Will is instructed to take her to the opera. However, as soon as her parents are out of the room, she reveals herself to be a bad girl who wants to have a wild night, but Will refuses. So, she steals Phillips car and runs off to the worst bar in town. Will follows her there but gets into a fight with a tough guy who declares Penelope to be "his woman." He comes back home without her and tries to explain the situation to Geoffrey who panics and suggests that he and Will go back to the bar and bring her home. At the bar, they find the tough guy who is broken hearted that Penelope stole his bike and broke his heart. Geoffrey starts a fight, and again Will returns home without her. They try and explain the situation to Lord Fowler but just then Lady Penelope walks in and explains that they were at the opera all night.
