    Narrator : Home is the sailor home from the sea, and the hunter home from the hill. But for Richard Kimble, not yet... not yet.

  • Narrator : [Act I Opening Narration. Viewers see Richard Kimble, suitcase in hand, disembark from a cross-country bus at night and begin walking down the street]  Always, there is the hunter, the hunted, and the trap. Traps are of many kinds: of wood, of steel, of words. But this time, the trap is... a city. Dr. Richard Kimble, two years a Fugitive, is about the enter the trap.

    [Kimble pauses to observe a large Welcome to Stafford sign] 

    Narrator : Why is Stafford, Indiana a death trap for Richard Kimble? Because here, a thousand people know him. This city is where Richard Kimble lived for 33 years.

    [Kimble walks down a residential street] 

    Narrator : This is the neighborhood which Richard Kimble knew as a child,
