The final filmed episode of the show is not a masterpiece. I think the producers knew that and that's why it wasn't the last aired. Regardless, it is a good one.
Jesse needs some peace and quiet, but Kimmy's ostrich is ruining what he had planned.

Kimmy asks out a jock named Ryan out to a dance. When he doesn't show up, she is devastated and Danny is heartbroken himself. When he goes to the school for a canned food, he meets Ryan and knocks some sense into him. Ryan apologizes to Stephanie and wants to make it up to her. When she finds out Danny intervened, she thinks that is the only reason he apologized and stand him up.
The subplots are cool. The main plot is sad without much making it all better. So it is not perfect.
