I was a communist housewife.

Warning: Spoilers
It seems funny coming from a TV show hosted by Ronald Reagan, a drama about communist housewives. It's told through the perspective of narrator Jeanne Crain, wife of Ronald Reagan, who was asked to infiltrate this group to find out exactly what the motives are and if indeed it is a recruitment attempt by communists. Over-the-top performances by Robert Emhardt, Virginia Gregg and Patricia Huston takes this down to B movie territory antics with the party taking steps to split up couples where there's one who follows communism and the other who doesn't, questioning a little girl who talks about going to Sunday school and other dramatic antics that are certainly questionable in realistic ways. The writing and directing are at fault, and basically, this episode is dated with its agenda at its forefront. Not every episode of Anthology TV from the golden age can be considered a classic, and while this isn't hideous, there are moments of it that are pretty laughable.
