Chocolate Turkeys

It's Thanksgiving and the Gilmore girls have 4 different dinners to go to. They visit Lane & Mrs Kim for some tofurkey. They have some good laughs with Sookie as Jackson deep fries a turkey. They join Luke and Jess at the diner for some grub and then set off to Hartford for dinner with Richard, Emily, and guests. A huge argument ensues.

We end the episode with another visit with Sookie (hilarious drunken scene) and then Rory decides to finally give Jess some PDA not knowing that Dean is watching. He approaches Jess and they have a little exchange ('The "Glad" man'") and it's apparent that Dean still has feelings for Rory.

Also, Dave and Lane!!! Swoon! Bible kiss Bible.

Lorelai is a child

For real, what kind of mother has a childish hissy hit when learning her child has done the sensible thing to ensure she gets into university. That's after telling Dean the bully how amazing he is earlier in the day.

Then Dean really shows his true colours by threatening Jess... seriously, how can anyone like that guy.

Other than that, good concept for an episode.

I love this episode, but this is one of the times where I think Lorelei was in the wrong. Rory needed to apply for other schools and yes, Yale was an option. Instead of getting hysterical and being a brat, she could discussed it in private with Rory. The best party of this episode is Lane & Dave's first kiss!!!!

Sookie getting drunk was 2nd best! Melissa McCarthy is just wonderful and hilarious.
