In the scene where the boy was giving the doctor his urine sample, his urine cup was short and fat. He goes to ask Dorothy how old she is, the cup is long and cylindrical, and then goes back to short and fat.
Dorothy chooses Rose to accompany her to New York as opposed to Blanche who questions why Dorothy chose Rose. Sophia calls Blanche incredibly insensitive as Sophia recounts Blanche saying she was getting a pedicure while her husband George lay dying. Blanche states her husband had been in a coma for a few days and the pedicure was much needed as the Spring season was approaching and open toed shoes would be worn.
Previously, Dorothy and Rose flew to New York so Dorothy could see Dr. Budd who doesn't believe that she is sick. Later, near the end, the girls dine out back in Miami when Dorothy spots Dr. Budd eating dinner with his wife. It's unlikely that they decided to fly to Miami of all places and even dine out at the same restaurant as the girls at the exact time that the girls go out.
When Dorothy finds out the champagne she ordered is $400 she blames Rose for not telling her the price, even though Dorothy ordered and told the waiter to bring them the finest champagne.
