Warning: Spoilers
Ralph and Bill are summoned back to the "little green men" ship who originally provided Ralph with the suit, after a near-death gun shootout with an American Neo-Nazi organization. The alien's reveal a surprise of their origin and return the "instruction manual" for the suit to Ralph. Bill and Ralph must stop the American Neo-Nazi regime from stealing his suit and blowing up a navy vessel's U.S. weapons. They also attempt to utilize the instruction manual, and in the process end up losing it.

This episode is pretty good. I would give it 8 stars out of 10. It's cool to see the inside of the alien ship and what they finally look like (although it only shows one alien being of their species) after 2 seasons of being left in the dark. The alien looks stupid though, but his explanation for giving Ralph the suit is decently written, even though it's not much expanded on. It's also pretty cool that they get the instruction manual back that they had lost in the original first episode, even though the ending has them losing it all over again. He learns how to turn into a small miniature man which is a cool effect for the era this show was made, even though I thought he should have fought the army red ants while he was small. The sub-plot of the Neo-Nazi regime is almost useless and pretty much just is used as a narrative fill-in for the alien encounter. All in all, a pretty entertaining episode throughout though.
