When the hit men fire on Crystal in the hotel room, the puffs of smoke seen as the bullets pass through the window glass indicate the bullets are flying at an upward angle. When the camera cuts to the shooters though, they are firing in a downward direction (like from a rooftop).
After the first shoot out, Bill is shot in the left hand and wraps it with a makeshift bandage. Ralph then stops the getaway truck, and Bill comes to handcuff the driver. When Bill does this both of his hands look fine in a close up shot, but when he finishes handcuffing the driver, you can see his hand all bloodied and bandaged again.
In the next to last scene, where Johnny tries to shoot Bill from the hit car, Ralph changes into the suit & flies to help Bill. They mix in Ralph's first ever flying scene from the pilot episode where he is carrying his clothes & right before he crashed into the sign.
When Ralph lifts up Johnny's hit car you can see one of the cables used to lift the car off of the ground (left side of the screen, rear right side of the car) & also when Johnny hands over his gun to Bill.
