Some will tell you that after the shark jump the show went down hill. I disagree. I like Chache better than Spike. Joanie is growing up. And I love Joanie. The Fonz is more a parent. Also I think Ritchie acts like a man not a stupid kid. Of course Mr. And Mrs. C are the same lovable characters. All in all I think the show improved once they got back to Milwaukee. Let's face it. They sucked in California.

Chachi is skipping school and cheating on a test.
A lesser Season 5 episode centered around the annoying Chachi character. Fonzie tells him "school is cool!" another sign of making his character less like a hood. The series would continue softening Fonzie's character and giving building up Chachi which further shows the decline. His "wa-wa-wa" line seemed to be going for a new catch phrase but it never caught on.
