A Few Fun Moments, But Mostly Tedious

Harry's old Army buddy is now working in Counterintelligence and enlists Lucy to pose as a secretary to gain confidential information from a spy

This is yet another silly episode that may have played better back in 1969 but has not aged well. Victor Buono is wasted here as the rotund German spy who paces around his hotel room dictating letters that all seem to rhyme bizarrely. Lucy wears a black wig with a flower in it to conceal a microphone. The funniest part is when the tape recorder malfunctions and Lucy tries to pass it off as herself speaking gibberish.

Harry also gets some good laughs when he shows up in Buono's room - first as an over-the-hill bellhop and later as a Swedish chambermaid.

Kim does a wild Sixties dance with Craig drumming along to an instrumental recording of "I Know a Place".

Mary Wickes has a small scene at the beginning playing fellow secretary Isabel, just like she did in "Lucy Goes on Strike".
