Lucy discovers that the Carters' new neighbors are a gang of crooks including two dwarves posing as children.
This is the second episode in a row that's more farcical than usual. You just have to suspend disbelief and go with it. Lucy goes all Gladys Kravitz in this one trying to find out what's going on next door. Kim refers to her as "Snoopy Sales" -- a takeoff on comedian Soupy Sales for those of you under 60.
Carole Cook is obviously relishing the opportunity to play such a showy role and goes over-the-top as the crude and belligerent "Ma". It has already been written many times elsewhere that the Carters' must be brain-dead to not realize the two "children" are actually thirty-something male dwarves, but again - just go with it and enjoy the jokes (like the one about Lucy giving them a bath).
Favorite moment: When Lucy's explanation to the cop results in him demanding she take a sobriety test.
Some real groaners in the joke department in this one - but it seems to have been purposely written that way, kind of like a Carol Burnett sketch. 6/10.
