Lucy partakes in a house-exchange program with a couple from Nairobi so that Harry may have a relaxing vacation.
Another subpar episode from HERE'S LUCY's middle years. Seasons 3 and 4 were the worst! You'd think by now Lucy and her writers would know that these episodes set in the great outdoors -- whether it be the desert, jungle, etc. -- do NOT work well for her type of comedy.
Lucy is seen eating a huge submarine sandwich in the office scene at the beginning. Harry says of her lunch "Would you mind putting a MUZZLE on your crocodile?" when she waves the sandwich in his face.
When they make their entrance in "Africa" Harry is seen riding a pack-mule and Lucy carries 3 big suitcases on top of her head like a stack of books. Lucy has a great line when she bellows to him, "Get off your DONKEY and help us!".
The two little chimps are cute, though. When Harry faints, they genuinely look startled and hug each other. There is a smart-aleck parrot as well.
The episode loses a point IMO when Harry is bitten by a tsetse fly and the silliness becomes too much.
