Because of cars parked at the curb, a flustered Belker stops his car in the traffic lane. While trying to maneuver a very pregnant Robin into the car, traffic backs up behind him and every car starts blowing its horn, adding to his agitation. However when Mick finally goes around to get back behind the wheel, the next lane over is an empty turn lane and the opposite traffic lane is also empty. There was no reason for the cars to back up behind him.
