During the introduction, Baker postulates that the interference sounds almost like a radio detector. Since a radio detector is strictly a receiver, and does not transmit any radio signals, a radio detector will not cause any interference, or alter any radio signals that it might detect. Therefore, Baker would not have heard any interference from the detector.
Given the amount of damage to Klink's staff car from the crash into/onto the porch, there is no way they could have repaired the car in the short amount of time it apparently took.
Early on, as Hogan and the men inform Klink that his car needs repairs, a large palm tree in the distance is visible in the upper left portion of the screen, just above the "Barracke 2" sign. Palm trees in Germany are rarer than snow in Hollywood.
After the argument about the brakes, and Schultz drives off, there is a cut to Hogan and Klink in Klink's office. Klink sits at his desk. When Hogan mentions Klink's date with a lovely young widow, Klink looks up and says, "A lovely young widow, huh?". At that point there is a full reflection of one of the stage lights in his monocle. Just a minute or so later, Hogan says, "She can't go out with just anyone." Klink responds by turning his head slightly and saying, "No, she can't." For the next five seconds or so, there is another reflection of the stage light dancing in his monocle.
In the episode introduction, as Baker is talking on the radio, he indicates there is "interference on the line" - as if he is talking on the telephone, not the radio. He should have indicated that there is interference on the channel or the frequency, or just that there is interference. He might also have said there is RFI (Radio Frequency Interference).
When Hogan and his men are trying to convince Colonel Klink that his car needs service, Kline mentions the car had only 30,000 miles on it.
Since Germany uses the metric system he should have said kilometers, not miles.

Just before the broadcast from the car, Hogan 'orders' the Corporal to shut down the RADAR so he can radio headquarters. The truck is supposed to be a radio detector, not a RADAR unit (which is RAdio Detection And Ranging, and uses radio waves to detect objects and determine their distance from the RADAR antenna). Hogan would not have used the term 'RADAR', but something like 'detector'.
