I'll make the sacrifice she can have mine

The wives set up a single girl just because their husbands find her attractive. We never saw Sylvia Collins but she's described as a blonde beauty I can imagine. When the women are discussing Sylvia it would be great if she has a husband and my favorite line from Ethel she says "I'll make the sacrifice she can have mine." I love it. I wish the women trusted their husbands or better yet single women in general. But anyway, Lucy's plan backfires the guy she's setting up with Sylvia thinks he's going out with Lucy. Oh boy.

Final scene a classic

This episode in one way is about as average as it gets. It's another match making episodes concerning characters we don't know and here we don't even see one of them. I don't care about them and it's all about Lucy, Ethel , Ricky and Fred's actions and reactions.

Save for the final scene though which is priceless. Lucy and Ethel go to Eddie's room after a big misunderstanding. After Lucy is able to match the pair up again he tells them they can pick out any negligée's to have wholesale ( he's a salesman) The women are dressed in them when Ricky and Fred show up!

Ricky " Lucy you here dressed like that ? You must be out of your mind!" Fred " Ethel ! You here dressed like that ! He must be out of his mind!" Ethel " do they think that we , that I ? Well !" With a big smile on her face.

More funny exchanges between the four . Makes for a funny ending.
