One of the themes of the show is Lucy consistently wants new furniture she's never satisfied. She hides the new ones in the kitchen. I love the physical comedy at the dinner scene Ricky asks for something and she goes back and forth to the Mertzes apartment. And at the end she makes her own dress and gives herself a perm to save money as part of the deal she made with Ricky. Her hair becomes afro talk about hair style ahead of time this is the 50s that hair will be popular in the 70s. I enjoy the episode it's fun. I love when Ricky calls off the deal cause he feels bad.
