Did you know
- GoofsSince the apartment building belongs to Fred and Ethel and in other episodes they seem involved in the rental process (even if they use an agent) shouldn't they know far more about The Johnsons than they do? For example Ethel only knows their last name at the beginning of the episode. Even in the 1950s apartment owners had to look into the background of their potential renters but Fred and Ethel appear completely unaware who is moving into their building.
- Quotes
Ethel Mertz: [the Ricardos and Mertzes have just bought shares in some oil wells] Y'know, I think I'm gonna like being a millionaire.
Lucy Ricardo: Millionaire. Millionaire. You know, I've said it so often, it doesn't mean much any more.
Ethel Mertz: You know somethin'... we might even get to be billionaires.
Lucy Ricardo: Yeah, or even trillionaires.
Ethel Mertz: Or even zillionaires.
Lucy Ricardo: Yeah, or even... what comes after zillionaires?
Fred Mertz: The Income Tax Department.

Roll me in, Ethel!
The only amusing scene I like is Lucy in a wire and Ethel is outside to expose a fraud. It's all about stocks and investments, not the best storyline. My opinion. The wire is funny but Lucy doing any physical comedy is enough.
