- Sarah: [to the Hulk] You know, you kind of remind me of a second husband. The strong, silent type. Only talked when he had something to say. Except he wasn't usually green.
- [Marty and Cliff try to flee the Hulk in a pickup truck]
- Marty Hammond: It won't move.
- Cliff McConnell: What do you mean it won't move?
- Marty Hammond: He's holding it.
- Cliff McConnell: 'He's holding it'?
- [Cliff sees the Hulk holding the tailgate]
- Cliff McConnell: He's holding it.
- Josie: Look, you take that job in New Orleans. And if you don't write me, I'm gonna come looking for you.
- Dr. David Bruce Banner: Then I won't write.
- Tony Kelly: You may not like me personally, but you know I'm the best man for the union.
- Josie: 'The union.' If it wasn't for the union, Frank would still be alive.
- Tony Kelly: Frank's death was an accident.
- Josie: Why? Because you say it was?
- [Vic has described the Hulk to Jack McGee]
- Jack McGee: And that's it?
- Vic: What more do you want, mister? You think I could invent somethin' like that?
- 1st Policeman: What happened here?
- Sarah: I'm not sure. It was sort of like this Japanese movie I saw once.
- [Martly secretly puts a fish in the dock worker's beer]
- Dock Worker: What the hell is this?
- Customer: That looks like a dead fish to me.
- Marty Hammond: [to the dock worker] The bartender's really got a sense of humor, he got to you.
- Dock Worker: He got nothing.
