Betsy Jones-Moreland who appeared a lot in the Perry Mason series and later on appeared semi-regularly as a judge in the later Mason films obviously had a close association with Raymond Burr. So it was nice that she got to do more than rule on objections in this Ironside story.
The team is socializing with Jones-Moreland when it is obvious that she's under a strain. Turns out the recent widow has been the subject of a some cruel pranks. Voices and hallucinations designed to drive her batty before a board meeting of her late husband's pharmaceutical company.
There's the murder of a gardener which isn't quite explained why, but it was sure enough good enough to get the Ironside team involved.
Not one of the best Ironsides, but nice to see Betsy Jones-Moreland do more than 'objection overruled'.
