Guilty until proved innocent
bkoganbing14 October 2013
The Ironside crew splits up in this episode with the Chief and Don Mitchell going to Reno on an extradition and Barbara Anderson and Don Galloway going to some Central American country on the same case. In Central America Scott Glenn has been picked up on a double homicide of two women and he was held before in San Francisco and released on the same case that Raymond Burr is going to Reno for. Someone's wrong.

I wasn't crazy about this episode where Barbara Anderson takes a motherly interest in Glenn that was a bit freaky. Glenn escapes further confirming his guilt in a country where as police captain Nico Minardos says, one is guilty until proved innocent. Only in Anglo-American traditional countries is the reverse true.

And Robert Ellenstein plays a San Francisco columnist, a real bottom feeder whose presence there is really quite incomprehensible.

Not the best from the Ironside team.
