  Metallo : If you're immune, love, why do you need that staff?

  Supergirl : There's a scary thought.

  Metallo : You won't get anything out of me.

  S.T.R.I.P.E. : Whoa, Nelly!

  Green Lantern : This isn't Silver Banshee's work. Somebody else didn't want Metallo to give them up.

• Dino Trooper : The alien force escaped us.

  Deimos : Describe them.

  Dino Trooper : My lord, it happened so fast.

  Deimos : [backhanding him]  How many were there? Did they have weapons? Did they address each other by name?

  Dino Trooper : One wore a coat of arms.

  [he draws Kara's "S" shield in the dirt, and Deimos vanquishes him] 

  Deimos : Well? You're my military advisors. Do you recognize this crest?

  Metallo : [emerging from the shadows with Silver Banshee]  Yes. I know it well.

• Metallo : You lied, little one. I can see the illness creeping over you. You have none of Superman's strength.

  Supergirl : But I got brains.

  Metallo : [drawing a dagger, she pries his kryptonite heart out]  I can't move without my kryptonite battery. But it's killing you.

  Supergirl : I won't quit.

  Stargirl : You don't have to.

  [with her staff, she hurls the kryptonite away]
