I rarely rate individual shows and don't write a lot of reviews, so this will be brief. This is the stupidest ep of any show I've seen, but Open Water still tops the list of stupid.

My Least Favourite Season One Episode
StuOz18 February 2015
The little people get involved with a giant magician.
This is my least favourite season one episode of Land Of The Giants. I had issues with it as a kid and I still have a problem with it today. Basically, it feels totally out of place in a season dominated by survival and escape in a world of giants. Return to Inidu looks like it would have been more at home in the second half of season two when things started getting a bit more way out.
Maybe if Kobick (Kevin Hagen) made a welcome visit things would have improved?
I am guessing the circus loving Irwin Allen played a small role in making this episode happen. Irwin loved sticking circus-types in his shows...see Time Tunnel's Merlin The Magician, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea's clown in The Wax Men, etc.
And circus-types appeared in other Land Of The Giants episodes and Lost In Space.
If you are okay with a man-in-a-sheet being a ghost and people/candy materializing all over the place you will be fine with Return to Inidu, but others will struggle with it.
