When Logan is at the Millennium Studies Center questioning the executives in the background you can clearly see that the surfboards partially covering a window that has a single board covering it. When Logan goes to look more closely at it and question the executives, the surfboards have been moved right back to show the window and it now has a poster added to the frame on top of the broken one.
When Logan is interviewing Ted Bruno in the department's interrogation room, he is looking and speaking about the I.D. cards Bruno has, which are on the far right of Logan. When he asks about one particular I.D. page, he places down the other he was holding, but they are all now directly in front of him.
In this episode, Detective Logan makes reference to a character's credit card having a charge for The Carnegie Deli to demonstrate that that character was at the Carnegie Deli on a specific date and at a specific time. The Carnegie Deli does not accept either plastic or personal checks. They transact business only on a "cash on the barrelhead" basis.
On the list of the basketball game attendees, each person's address is in the same city and zip code (Old Westbury, NY 11568), except Ted Bruno who was fraudulently added to the list to provide him with an alibi.
