  Elliot Stabler : We just keep our mouths shut till people start dying from anthrax.

  Federal Officer : The federal government is prepared to deal with any and all exigencies.

  John Munch : Sure. By calling in the black helicopters.

  Federal Officer : This meeting is over. Any leak of classified material will be investigated and punished as a federal offense.

• Donald Cragen : [to Olivia]  I don't like being bossed around by some G-man in a $1,000 suit, but when I am told to stand down in the interests of national security, I bite my tongue.

  Olivia Benson : Captain...

  Donald Cragen : Shut up. When they question me, I don't want to lie and they will question us all. If they prove you leaked this, they will take your job, your pension, and your freedom. I don't want to visit you in a federal lock-up, Olivia.
