The Ranger and Tonto follow wily outlaw Matt Cagle towards Buffalo Gap, a small way station for buffalo hunters. They encounter a prince from an unnamed European country. The prince is in this country to hunt buffalo, but he has just learned that his traveling companion and uncle, the Baron, has hired Matt Cagle to kill him. The prince mistakes the Ranger and Tonto for hired killers, but they soon convince him of their good intentions. The Ranger introduces the prince to American customs by referring to him as "Hank,"" rather than by his long title. It will be a difficult task to stop Cagle and show up the Baron for the murderous traitor that he is. A good episode with more inside scenes than usual.
