Lucy and Mooney enter a sketchy shop where he buys a fur stole for wife Irma and the two are immediately arrested for dealing in stolen goods.
This is a pretty decent, well-paced episode that has some great jokes in every scene. It's funny when Bubby Hackett (as the shop owner) assumes Lucy is Mooney's mistress: "Oh, it's one of THOSE deals". When Mooney says, "She's my secretary", Hackett shoots back "They usually are!". Great stuff!
There is a continuity error when Mooney admires Hackett's red convertible. Mooney says he would love a car like that because he drives a 1955 Edsel. But in several prior LUCY SHOW episodes, Mooney was seen driving an almost identical red convertible ("Lucy the Camp Cook", "Lucy and the Ring-a-Ding Ring").
