While Luther and Suzi are having drinks, Suzi says "Higgins has been gone a long time", then puts the straw to her mouth to take a sip. When the camera angle immediately cuts to Luther's response saying, "Who the butler?", Suzi's glass is now lowered on the table.
A very fuzzy boom mike, an animal, or somebody's hairpiece shows up at 25'53" of this episode in the lower left part of the screen and becomes more apparent before moving off camera. Both Phyllis Davis and then Randi Brooks appear to look at whatever it is.
When Magnum and Luther find the bullet and corresponding shell case of the round fired at Higgins, Magnum identifies it as a ten millimeter round, and then correctly names the Bren Ten (the first production 10mm handgun) as a possible candidate for the weapon that fired the round. Higgins, however, then names another possible candidate for the would-be killer's pistol as the "Super Elite." While Colt did manufacture a Super Elite, it was never chambered in 10mm. The Delta Elite was the only Colt chambered for the 10mm round.
